Brunei
Guardianship of Infants
This Act provides for the guardianship of infants, and to provide for matters incidental thereto.

Law on Immigration

Indonesia

Control of Child Workers
The Control of Child Workers stipulates the decree of the minister of home affairs and regional autonomy on the control of child workers.

Establishment of a Trade Union at the Enterprise Level
This document is the decree of the Minister of Manpower Number PERO1/MEN/1994 concerning the establishment of a trade union at the enterprise level.

Guidelines for the Settlement of Industrial Relations

Philippines

Anti-Sexual Harassment Act
As the State values the dignity of every individual, enhances the development of its human resources, guarantees full respect for human rights, and upholds the dignity of workers, employees, applicants for employment, students or those undergoing training, instruction or education. all forms of sexual harassment in the employment, education or training environment are declared unlawful.
